Full time, salaried position open to act as a Customer Support Liaison for an online casting platform. We need a tech-savvy, energetic, proactive, quick learner who is a highly organized self-starter and has great phone and email skills to join our Irvine based team.

Responsibilities:

– Engage with Marketplace Buyers who need support posting their projects, support is done via online chat, email and phone.

– Effectively communicate escalations to Operations Managers.

– Document customer interactions in either CRM or Support Desk systems.

Experience:

– 3+ years of experience in the customer support and/or service industry.

– At the core, you are a problem solver. A helper. Someone who assists with a smile and is more than happy to do it. Someone who always anticipates the next need and over-delivers.

– You are passionate about your career and growing within the company.

– You have a strong understanding of how important processes are to the success of a company and know how to follow them.

– Experience in a corporate environment preferred.

– A bonus if you have entertainment industry experience, especially within the worlds of voiceover and production.
